A Cooperative Preschool

Milan Children's Preschool is a cooperative, parent run school. Each year, parents elect a board to serve as the main directors of the preschool. The board meets to discuss school issues, news, improvements, and also oversees the many areas that work together to make the school function smoothly. As a team, all parents of MCP students work to continually improve the school and its academics. We strive to creatively maintain a positive environment where students learn through play, circle times, and Math, Science, Reading, and Writing centers. These areas along with teacher directed learning activities allow students to explore the world and increase their skills as they begin their learning journey.
